The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns fell in their third and final game of the Houston College Classic, falling to Kentucky 10-4 Sunday at Minute maid Park in Houston.

The Wildcats (11-1) came into the game hitting .330 as a team and pounded out 16 hits and scored eight runs in their final three at bats.

Louisiana (4-7) took a 1-0 lead on a Hayden Cantrelle sacrifice fly in the second but Kentucky came right back with a pair in their half of the inning against Cajuns' starter Austin Perrin (0-3) on a two run triple by Ryan Shinn.

A passed ball and an RBI single by Monroe Moll got the Cajuns a 3-2 lead in the sixth, but Kentucky again answered right back scoring four times against Perrin and reliever Caleb Armstrong to take the lead for good.

The Cajuns got another run in the seventh on an RBI groundout by Daniel Lahare, but again the Wildcats responded, scoring a run in the seventh and three more in the eighth to put the game away.

T. J. Collett and Luke Heyer each had four hits for Kentucky to back the starting pitching of Justin Lewis (3-0) who allowed seven hits and four runs, two earned, over 6.2 innings.  Moll had two hits for the Cajuns.

Louisiana will take on LSU Wednesday in a 6:30 game at Russo Park.
