The 2020 college softball season is less than two months away, and there's a lot of excitement about the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns.

And why not? Louisiana is coming off of another banner year. One in which they went 52-6, including an unbeaten Sun Belt Conference record (25-0), while ending the regular season ranked #7 in the nation.

The make things even better, the Cajuns return 7 starters who started at least 40 games last season, an All-American Pitcher (Summer Ellyson), and welcomes in a talented crop of transfers, including former Oregon All-American pitcher Megan Kleist.

Recently, Justin's World of Softball previewed Louisiana, asking the question; "Is it World Series-or-bust for the Cajuns?"

The Cajuns open their 2020 regular-season schedule on Friday, February 7, when they take on Ball St. and UTSA, on the first day of the Louisiana Classics.
