Toronto third baseman Josh Donaldson and manager John Gibbons exchanged words in the dugout during the third inning of the Blue Jays' match-up with the New York Yankees on Wednesday afternoon.

Donaldson, who was named the American League Most Valuable Player in 2015, struck out, before slamming his bat down in the dugout, prompting Gibbons to say something to him.

The incident was/is probably not a big deal, but the exchange got heated enough that shortstop Troy Tulowitzki had to step in between the two.
