The MMA world was turned upside down late last night when news spread of Jon "Bones" Jones being removed from Saturday's main event UFC 200 Light Heavyweight Championship match against his rival Daniel Cormier.

Jones was informed by the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) of a potential violation for a banned substance found in a urine sample he provided on June 16th.

Cormier, a Lafayette native, said last night he's willing to compete against another fighter Saturday night if the opponent "made sense". With a short period of time, it remains to be seen if Cormier will be able to compete on the card.

Jones met with media today in Las Vegas, answering questions about being removed from the event. He maintains he never knowingly took a PED.

Struggling to keep his composure, Jones broke down to tears, apologizing to his arch rival Cormier.
