San Francisco 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh refused to name his starting quarterback for Sunday's game versus the New Orleans Saints. Despite his refusal, multiples sources are reporting that Colin Kaepernick will get the nod over incumbent starter Alex Smith.

Kaepernick started Monday night's game against the Chicago Bears, leading the Niners to a dominating 32-7 victory. Smith missed the game due to a concussion he suffered the week prior. Smith has been medically cleared to play, but Harbaugh stated earlier in the week that he would start "the hot hand."

Kaepernick has taken all the first-team reps in practice this week. Generally, this means a player will start on gameday.

Kickoff for the Niners versus the Saints is set for 3:25 this Sunday in New Orleans.
