Has a former New Orleans Saints cornerback found a new NFL home?

Well, we don't really know.

About midday on Sunday, Sterling Moore's representatives sent on a tweet, stating that the former Saints player had inked a deal with the Detroit Lions.

The 28-year old Moore appeared in 13 games for the Saints in 2016, including 12 as a starter, totaling 56 tackles and two interceptions.

The 5-foot-10, 202-pound Moore played in six games for the Saints last season, mainly on special teams.

A native of Antioch, California, Moore played his college football at SMU, before playing for 5 different NFL teams.

Over parts of 7 NFL seasons, Moore has compiled 181 tackles and 6 interceptions.
