Insane Workout Reminds Us That Alvin Kamara Is Simply Not Of This Earth

By now we've seen Alvin Kamara do it all.

We've seen him juke and twist his way through defenders, stop on a dime, hit full speed in one step, and leap opposing players in one single bound. A recent video of Kamara with his trainer reminded us just how freakish the Saints running back is when it comes to his athletic abilities.

In case you didn't notice in the video, the trainer was throwing objects with multiple handles to Kamara, and once the objects were in mid-air he would call out a color. That color would be the handle that Kamara would have to grab (one color per object per hand) all while balancing his body on a huge medicine ball. This guy is a machine in the workout room and after seeing this its no wonder he's one of the most exciting players to watch in the NFL.

As the Saints prepare for a serious comeback season, it will be exciting to see how these workouts translate to the field.
