The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns recently brought in a host of standout prep football players from the northern part of the state for a visit.

Running back/defensive back/return man Max Hunter, receiver/defensive back Josh Hopkins, defensive back Charles Slaughter, Jr., quarterback Andrew Brister, and linebacker Javon Carter, teammates at Neville High School in Monroe, Louisiana, all paid a visit to Louisiana.

All five will be seniors during the 2019 high school football season, and all are scheduled to graduate in 2020.

The 5-foot-8, 152-pound Hopkins is listed as an athlete, with the ability to play multiple positions.

The 6-foot-4, 185-pound Brister is the son of former NFL quarter Bubby Brister.

Louisiana signed La'Kamion Franklin, an outside linebacker from Neville, as part of their 2019 signing class.
