Two members of the Louisiana Ragin' Cajun women's basketball team were honored today by the Sun Belt Conference.

Senior guard Jaylyn Gordon was named to the All-Conference First Team while junior forward Simone Fields received second team honors.

Gordon led the Sun Belt in scoring (18.1 ppg), three-point field goals made per game (2.7) and minutes played per game (38.4).

The senior from Edgard, La. led the Ragin' Cajuns this season in assists (92) and steals (53). She's ninth in Cajuns' history in scoring and second in three pointers made.

Fields was sixth in the league in scoring (14.7) and third in field goal percentage (.548). She was tied for sixth in rebounds per game (7.0) and third in offensive rebounds per game (3.7). Fields reached the 1,000-point milestone in the regular season finale against UTA.

Little Rock's Sharde Collins was named Player of the Year, while UTA's Cierra Johnson was the league's top defender.  Georgia State's Jada Lewis was Freshman of the Year, while the Panthers' Tiffany Holston was named Newcomer of the Year.

Little Rock's Joe Foley was named Coach of the Year.
