A former member of the LSU Tigers, who was a prep standout at Acadiana High School, is transferring to a state school.

NOLA.com is reporting that fullback Bry'keithon Mouton will finish out his collegiate eligibility at Nicholls St.

A four-star-rated prospect by ESPN during his senior year at Acadiana, Mouton helped the Wreckin' Rams to Class 5A state titles in his junior and senior campaigns.

The 6-foot-1, 260-pound Mouton totaled 5 carries for 15 yards and a touchdown, to go along with 3 receptions for 25 yards, over his three-year stint at LSU.

Mouton will have one season of college eligibility remaining at the FCS school.
