Honestly, I had to struggle to find five.

We have already had some great weekends in college football, and we'll have some more.  But, unless some unforeseen upsets happen this weekend, this isn't going to be a real newsmaker.  But, with the first College Football Playoff committee poll right around the corner, style points may matter this weekend.

A couple of these games are intriguing because of the line more than anything else.

#22 TEMPLE (6-0, 3-0) at EAST CAROLINA (4-3, 2-1) (-3) TONIGHT 6pm, ESPN2 -- The American is quite a league this year.  They've got three undefeated, nationally ranked teams heading into this weekend.  And, one of them is an underdog.  East Carolina, despite its record, is a pretty good football team and they aren't easy to beat in Greenville.  Along with Georgia Southern/App State on ESPNU, tonight is a good night to keep an eye on the non-power five.  Will Temple be the first unbeaten AAC team to fall?  They have Notre Dame next week.  They had better not look ahead.

SATURDAY

#6 CLEMSON (6-0, 3-0) at MIAMI (4-2, 1-1)(+7) --11 AM, ESPN3 --The Tigers keep rolling and the fans in Miami keep screaming for Al Golden's head on a spike.  The Hurricanes have been awfully tough at home, with wins over Nebraska and Virginia Tech.  The Tigers have an interesting two game stretch here, with a game at NC State this week.  Clemson should be good enough to win both, but neither game is a gimme, especially away from home.  This is probably the most intriguing of the early games.

(#23) DUKE (5-1, 2-0) at VIRGINIA TECH (3-4, 1-2) (-2.5)  2:30, ESPNU--Another ranked team that's an underdog this week.  The Hokies have lost to some good teams and the Blue Devils don't really have an impressive win, unless you call wins over Georgia Tech and Boston College impressive.  And, as we know, winning in Blacksburg isn't easy.  The line looks just about right on this one.

#15 TEXAS A&M (5-1, 2-1) at #24 OLE MISS (5-2, 2-1) (-6) 6pm ESPN -- Both lost last week.  One was a surprise, although it can be explained that Ole Miss got caught looking ahead to this one.  Rebel fans don't want to hear that, of course.  But those fans had put that one in the win column as well.  This is an elimination game in the SEC West.  Hard to believe one of these teams will be on a two game losing streak after Saturday.

#3 UTAH (6-0, 3-0) at USC (3-3, 1-2)(-3.5) 6:30 NBC -- Yep, you read it right.  The Utes are an underdog to a USC team that has been as dysfunctional as any team in America.  The Trojans fought hard for their new head coach, but blew it late against Notre Dame.  Utah doesn't win with a ton of style points  They just win.  As far as that underdog role is concerned, my guess is the line will be different by game time.  But still.....
