Falcons WR Roddy White Allegedly Fails To Appear In Court, Arrested

Saints fans love to hate the "Dirty Birds", especially when it's an Atlanta Falcon that enjoys running his mouth. Atlanta pro-bowl wide receiver Roddy White might hate appearing in court as much as he enjoys running his mouth.

According to a report from the Associated Press, White has been arrested for allegedly failing to make a court appearance. He was booked early this morning, and released after posting a $168 bond.

The Falcons released the following statement on the subject matter:

“We are aware of the incident involving Roddy White. We anticipate this will be resolved shortly and we will have no further comment at this time.”

According to ajc.com, White was due in court on a traffic charge of illegal tenting of his car windows.

White is more known for making twitter tirades about how he hates the Saints and the city of New Orleans than he is hurting the Saints on the football field. Since 2006, White's second year with the team and first as a starter, the Saints have a 13-3 edge over the Falcons.
