Drew Brees Makes “Best Mannered” List
New Orleans Saints Quarterback Drew Brees has been named by the National League of Junior Cotillions as the one of the top ten best mannered people.
Brees received honor for his exemplary conduct both on and off the field and outstanding contributions to families in need through the Brees Dream Foundation.
This year, Brees was the only NFL player on the list, but not the only football player on the list. Two college football players made it, interestingly, both are also quarterbacks. Clemson's quarterback Trevor Lawrence and Alabama backup quarterback Jalen Hurts also made the list.
The quarterbacks weren't the only athletes to be named to the list. PGA golfer Justin Thomas and LPGA golfer Lexi Thompson represented golf. While the NBA had Stephen Curry. No MLB or NHL players made it.
The list isn't limited to just athletes, actors Will Smith and Mark Wahlberg, singer Ed Sheeran and actress & singer Zendaya Coleman were also named.
