I'm pretty good at looking for expiration dates on food. And I'm so glad that the Federal Government now requires companies to use them on products. But I'm also not sure that I believe every food that has expired is bad for you. Sorry. The 'best by' date is really just a guide, but don't go too far off the grid with it.

MSN has found some foods that you absolutely don't want to eat after the expiration date, so I thought I would share. You can check out the various ways to get ill with these products by following the link. It makes me queasy just reading them, honestly. You definitely don't want to get sick, so y'all be careful out there!
