The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns got a major commitment from a heavily recruited prospect on Monday.

Courtline Flowers, a cornerback from South Oak Cliff High School in Dallas, Texas, gave a verbal pledge to Louisiana on Monday evening.

The 6-foot-1, 170-pound Flowers, who was offered by multiple Power Five schools, will begin his senior year in the fall, and is scheduled to graduate next spring.

Flowers was also reportedly offered by such schools as Arizona, Georgia Tech, Kansas, Rutgers, Houston, Grambling St., Utah St., Illinois St., Liberty, Arkansas-Pine Bluff, Texas Southern, and Lamar.
