This is video of Milwaukee Brewers centerfielder Carlos Gomez taking a run away from Cincinnati Reds first baseman Joey Votto on Monday night, making an incredible game-ending catch in the process.

With a runner on first, and two outs, in the top half of the ninth inning, and the Brewers leading, 4-3, Votto came to the plate to face Milwaukee relief pitcher Francisco Rodrriguez.

Votto belted sent a long drive to center field, appearing as though it was going to clear the wall, to give the Reds, what would have been, a one-run lead.

Gomez however, went back to the wall, timed his jumped perfectly, and saved the day for the Brew Crew, securing the 4-3 win with the grab.

Gomez has become one of the game's elite players this year, both in the field, and at the plate, where he's hitting a .308, with 13 home runs, 41 RBI's, and 20 stolen bases.
