The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns will try to resume their winning ways tonight as they take on Arkansas-Little Rock at the Jack Stephens Center.

Louisiana (12-8, 3-4) has lost three of its last four, including back to back home losses last week against Georgia State and Western Kentucky.

UALR (10-10, 5-3) is coming off its worst shooting night in years.  The Trojans hit just 24% of their shots in a blowout 77-49 loss to arch-rival Arkansas State Saturday night in Jonesboro.

The game will pit good friends Steve Shields and Bob Marlin against each other for the seventh time.  Shields was an assistant under Marlin at Pensacola JC.  Marlin is 3-3 against UALR; Shields is 10-6 against UL.

Both teams have been fighting the injury bug.  UALR F James White has missed the last two games with an ankle injury.  His status is day-to-day.  Guard J. T. Thomas, who started the first four games, has missed sixteen straight games because of a groin injury.  Louisiana G Kasey Shepherd suffered a torn meniscus in Saturday's loss to WKU and will not play.

Senior F Will Neighbour, White and guard Josh Hagins are all averaging in double figures for UALR.
