Cajuns to Open 2020 Season vs. McNeese

Get out those old "Go to Hell" T-shirts.

McNeese is coming back to Cajun Field.

The two schools announced today they will open the 2020 season against each other at Cajun Field.  The contest is scheduled for September 5th.

The teams last met in the 2016 season with Louisiana taking a 30-22 victory.  That marked only the second meeting between the two schools since 1986.  It will be the 39th meeting between the two schools.

The announcement gives the Cajuns three non-conference games for 2020.  The Cajuns travel to New Mexico State and Missouri during that season.
