After their fifth consecutive 3-1 week, the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns are moving up in the national baseball polls released today.

The Cajuns' highest ranking is in the NCBWA Poll  where the Cajuns moved up to #14 after being ranked #20 last week.  The Cajuns also took a big jump in the USA Today Coaches Poll, where they moved from #24 to #16, and the D1 Baseball Poll, where they moved from #24 to #18.  Louisiana also made a modest gain in the Baseball America poll, moving up one spot from #24 to #23.

LSU dropped in all four polls, ranking #11 in the NCBWA, #11 in D1Baseball, #13 in USA Today and #8 in Baseball America.

The Cajuns are not ranked in the Collegiate Baseball Poll, where LSU held steady at #15.
