The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns play their final home game in the 2017 calendar year as they play host to Southeastern Louisiana (6-5) Tuesday night at the Cajundome.

The two teams have met only once since 1971, and that was in the 1984 Bayou Classic, with the Lions winning, 83-80.

The game will wrap up a string of six straight games against in-state competition.  The Cajuns are 5-0 in that stretch, including an 87-65 win Saturday night against New Orleans.

Junior transfer Ja'Keenan Gant (17.3) leads the Cajuns in scoring and is coming off his first career double-double, with 21 points and eleven rebounds vs. New Orleans.  Gant leads the Sun Belt in blocks and is third in field goal percentage.

Frank Bartley IV, who scored 19 second half points Saturday, is second on the squad, scoring at a 15.7 clip.  Johnathan Stove (11.3) and Bryce Washington (10.2) are the other double digit scorers.  Washington (10.1) is the league's leading rebounder.

Southeastern averages 74 points per game and boasts three double digit scorers.  Jordan Capps (12.8) leads the way, followed by Marlain Veal (11.9) and Joshua Filmore (10.1).  Moses Greenwood (6.6) is the team's leading rebounder.

The Cajuns will close out the non conference portion of their schedule Friday afternoon when they travel to Clemson.
