There are only two more opportunities to see the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns at the Cajundome and the first is tonight when Louisiana hosts Coastal Carolina (13-13, 7-7) with tip off scheduled for 7:00 pm.  The game will be heard on ESPN1420 and HOT 107.9 beginning at 6:30.

The Cajuns (16-11, 7-7) are fighting with the Chanticleers for position in the Sun Belt Conference tournament.  Currently the Cajuns and Chants are in a three way tie for fifth place in the league.  The top six teams avoid the first round games, scheduled for Tuesday, March 12th.

This is the second meeting between the two teams.  Coastal hit 13 three point shots in the first meeting en route to a 96-79 win.  In that game, Zac Cuthbertson led the way with 24 points and nine rebounds, freshmen Enbrima Dibba and DeVonte Jones scored 16 apiece and Tyrell Gumbs-Frater hit five triples for 15 points off the bench.

JaKeenan Gant led Louisiana with 27 points and 12 rebounds, while Jerekius Davis added 12 points and Marcus Stroman 11.  The Cajuns were just 7-28 beyond the arc.

Gant needs just 34 points to reach the 1,000 point mark in his two years with the Cajuns.

Gant, Stroman and Malik Marquetti, along with three senior managers, will be honored before Sunday's game against Appalachian State.
