The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns will close out their regular season this weekend as they travel to Warhawk Field in Monroe to take on the ULM Warhawks.  Game times are Thursday and Friday at 6:00 pm and Saturday at 2:00 pm.

The Cajuns (32-20-1, 16-10-1 Sun Belt) head north after a 4-1 week this past week, which included a pair of mid-week wins over a pair of Top 50 RPI schools, McNeese and Louisiana Tech.  The Cajuns currently are in second place in the Sun Belt West Division, 2.5 games behind UTA.

It's been a tough year for ULM (12-40, 6-21), who currently stands two games behind Appalachian State and Georgia State for the tenth and final spot in the Sun Belt Baseball Tournament beginning next Tuesday in Statesboro, GA.

Louisiana will start the same three pitchers that have been tabbed the last two weekends.  Gunner Leger (9-2, 1.95) will get the Thursday start, while Colten Schmidt (1-1, 3.72) gets the Friday start.  Hogan Harris (4-2, 2.80) will round out the rotation on Saturday.

ULM coach Bruce Peddie will counter with lefty Trey Auger (0-3, 6.19) on Thursday, while Josh Leone (2-5, 5.35) tabbed for the Friday start.  ULM has not announced a starter for Saturday.

The Cajuns lead the league in ERA (3.31) and fielding percentage (.977) and stand eighth in the league in hitting (.265.)

The Warhawks, meanwhile, stand ninth in the league in hitting (.257) twelfth in pitching (6.64) and twelfth in defense (.962).

The Warhawks will be looking for their first win over the Cajuns since 2012, a span of 19 games.
