Cajun Women Hoops Moved Up To #23 In Mid Major Poll

Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun women's basketball team lands in the Collegeinsider.com top 25 mid-major poll for the fifth consecutive week, moving up one spot to #23.

At 9-2, and 2-0 in Sun Belt Conference play, the Cajuns embark on a 4 game road swing, beginning with tomorrow's matchup at UALR.

Saturday, the Cajuns play Arkansas State, who is ranked #12 in the latest Collegeinsider.com top 25 mid-major poll.

Coach Garry Brodhead's squad earned a non-conference win over Alcorn State and a conference win over Appalachian State last week.
