The day opened with a reported trade of running back Reggie Bush to the Miami Dolphins, in exchange for safety Jonathon Amaya.

The Saints reportedly signed both of their 7th-round draft choices, defensive end Greg Romeus, out of Pittsburgh, as well as Illinois linebacker Nate Bussey.

Corner Leigh Torrence re-signed with the team. Contract terms were not disclosed.

Cornerback Johnny Patrick, the team's third-round draft choice out of Louisville, has agreed to terms.

Offensive tackle Jermon Bushrod, arguably the top free agent on the club, has agreed to a new two-year deal.

Safety Chris Reis, linebacker Jo-Lonn Dunbar, and linebacker Scott Shanle all agreed to new deals to remain in New Orleans.

The Saints did lose two players, as defensive tackle Remi Ayodele has agreed to terms with the Minnesota Vikings, and cornerback Usama Young is headed to the Cleveland Browns.

Jimmy Wilkerson is scheduled to visit the Seattle Seahawks.

And how was your day!?
