Free agent quarterback Tim Tebow is looking for work. After being cut by the New York Jets two weeks ago, none of the other 31 NFL teams have called his agent. New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick has an interesting take on Tebow.

According to a report from Michael Silver of Yahoo! sports, Belichick "hates" Tebow as a football player. Being that Josh McDaniels is the current offensive coordinator in New England, a popular opinion existed that Tebow could wind up playing pro football for the Pats. After all, McDaniels moved up into the first round to draft Tebow when he was the head coach of the Denver Broncos.

If Tebow wants to play in the NFL, he may have to try a position other than quarterback. Of course, any team that signs him knows a media circus will storm their locker room.

Would a team want to experiment with a backup quarterback at other positions? Perhaps. The real question is whether a team would want to do that, as well as deal with the cult-like following Tebow would bring with him.
