Odell Beckham Jr.'s one game suspension has been upheld and the Giants' wide receiver will not play Sunday night against Minnesota.  The ruling was issued Wednesday afternoon.

Beckham was flagged three times during Sunday's game vs. Carolina for unnecessary roughness.  The most flagrant act was a helmet to helmet shot to Panthers' cornerback Josh Norman in a run play where neither was involved.

Norman received a fine for the NFL for his actions during the game.

Beckham filed the appeal through the NFLPA, as was his right according to the collective bargaining agreement.

He issued an apology through the Giants' office after the ruling today.
