Atlanta Falcons, Matt Ryan Agree To Huge Conract Extension

With only one 2 point playoff win on his resume, Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan is going to cash in. According to reports, the Falcons will make Ryan one of the richest players in the league, agreeing to a 5-year contract extension with their signal caller worth up to $103.75 million.

Ryan's new contract is worth $20.75 million annually.The deal calls for $59 million in guaranteed money. That number is second to only Drew Brees, whose deal with the Saints is worth $61.5 million in guarantees.

Last Season was Ryan's best statistically. He threw for 4,719 yards with 32 touchdowns and 14 interceptions.
