    Gomez/Maholm

2013 - Carlos Gomez, of the Milwaukee Brewers, homers off of Atlanta Braves pitcher Paul Maholm, before exchanging words with first baseman Freddie Freeman and catcher Brian McCann, forcing the bases to empty:

  • 4

    Fernandez' Homer

2013 - The late Jose Fernandez, then a rookie with the Marlins, homers against the Braves, who took exception to his admiration of his long ball:

  • 3

    Molina/Phillips

2010 - The benches clear in the very first inning of a game between the St. Louis Cardinals and Cincinnati Reds, after Yadier Molina and Brandon Phillips have words inside the batters box:

  • 2

    Ventura/Ryan

1993 - Who can forget this one? Robin Ventura of the Chicago White Sox makes the mistake of charging the mound on Texas Rangers' Nolan Ryan:

  • 1

    Perez/Padres

1984 - The wildest basebrawl that I've even seen; involving the late Pascual Perez of the Atlanta Braves, against the entire San Diego Padres team. This one got out of hand:
