The Louisiana Ragin' Cajun Baseball season is right around the corner and we got a chance to visit with some of the players from this years team.

Today we've got super utility man, Kennon Fotnenot.

Fontenot is a senior from Lake Charles, LA. He's a super utility man which means he can play a litany of positions from second base, to shortstop, to basically anywhere in the outfield. One of his greatest strengths is his versatility which really helps this team to be a successful one. Fontenot played in 56 games last season and started 53. He hit for a .270 average, scored 29 runs, drove in 29, and slugged six home-runs which doubled his career total.

Kennon gives us his outlook on the 2018 season, his goals for this season at the dish, what positions he might be playing, his leadership style, and we played a little word association with him towards the end.

Coming up tomorrow you'll hear from pitcher, Nick Lee.
