A woman who says she witnessed the  fight in the parking lot of Shady's Bar in Baton Rouge last week has told police she saw LSU Quarterback Jordan Jefferson kick a man in the face.

The witness also says she saw sophomore linebacker Josh Johns attack the man as well.

This story also says that police took a DNA swab of Jefferson when police searched his apartment last night.

Several bags of potential evidence and 49 pair of tennis shoes were confiscated by police, including the pair Jefferson was wearing the night of the fight.

Baton Rouge police said if and when arrests are made, those arrested will be charged with second degree battery, which is a felony punishable by up to five years in prison.

No one has been arrested in the case thus far.
