Without Chris Bosh, Heat Lose To Pacers

 In their first game without All-Star power forward Chris Bosh, the Miami Heat could only muster 75 points, 52 of which came from Dwyane Wade and LeBron James. David West (pictured left) and the Indiana Pacers took advantage, scoring 78 to steal home court advantage from Miami and tie the playoff series at 1-1.

West finished with a double-double of 16 points and 10 rebounds, while Pacers guard Paul George scored 10 points and pulled down 11 boards.

Bosh is expected to miss the rest of the series with a strained abdominal muscle. While James scored 28 and Wade scored 24, no other member of the Heat scored more than 5. Miami also missed Bosh on the glass, as Indiana outrebounded Miami by 10.

James had a chance to give his team the lead from the free throw line with less than a minute left and down by 1. He missed both, and the Heat didn't score again. James is shooting just 59 percent from the free throw line this season in the final minute of one-possession games.

With the series tied at 1-1, the play now shifts to Indiana for Game 3. Tip-0ff on Thursday is set for 6:oo.
