Will Smith To Face Grand Jury

New Orleans Saint Will Smith was arrested for domestic abuse and simple battery in downtown Lafayette on November 27th, 2011. He was booked on misdemeanor charges. District Attorney Mike Harson reportedly will aim to have a grand jury decide whether charges should be filed against the Pro Bowl Defensive End. Here is more from the AP and FOX8.

Police say Smith and his wife, Racquel, got into an argument just after leaving a nightclub.

Investigators say officers on patrol saw the argument escalate and then saw Smith grab the woman's hair.

Harson tells The Advocate that Racquel Smith and other witnesses have since come forward claiming to have information that they feel would be helpful to Will Smith.
