Where To Find UL Sports On The Radio This Weekend

With Louisiana Ragin' Cajun baseball, softball, and men’s/women’s basketball all overlapping for a second-consecutive weekend, once again, there will be a couple of minor tweaks in the radio coverage.

The 6th-ranked Louisiana Ragin’ Cajun softball team returns to action at home on Friday, playing host to Rutgers in the first day of play in the Ragin' Cajuns Invitational at Lamson Park.

First-pitch is scheduled for 4 o'clock.

You can hear all the play-by-play action of that game, and that game only, on Talk Radio 960 am and talkradio960.com, beginning with the pregame show at 3:45 pm.

The two teams will play again on Saturday, beginning at 1:30 pm, before the Cajuns face Alcorn St. in their second game of the day at 4 o'clock.

Louisiana then wraps-up play in the tournament on Sunday, when they face Alcorn St. again, beginning at noon.

You can all UL softball games on Saturday and Sunday on ESPN 1420 and espn1420.com, beginning with the pregame show, 15 minutes prior to first-pitch.

The nationally-ranked Louisiana Ragin’ Cajun baseball team is in Houston, Texas for three games this weekend, taking part in the 2016 Houston College Classic at Minute Maid Park.

Louisiana faces TCU on Friday afternoon at 3:30 pm, before taking on Texas Tech on Saturday at noon, and Rice on Sunday at 6 o'clock.

Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajun women’s basketball team return to the hardwood on Saturday afternoon, when they travel to Mobile, Alabama to face the South Alabama Jaguars in a Sun Belt Conference affair.

Tipoff time is slated for is 2 pm.

Finally, Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajun men’s basketball team is in Mobile, Alabama as well, to take on the South Alabama Jaguars in a Sun Belt Conference match-up.
