Week 17 NFL Predictions

Well, here we are, the final week of the 2011 NFL season.

There's still plenty to be determined too, such as; Will the New Orleans Saints be able to secure the #2 -seed in the NFC playoffs?

For that to happen, the Saints must defeat the Carolina Panthers, and the St. Louis Rams must upset the San Francisco 49ers.

Here's what Matt Miller, of Bleacher Report says about the Saints:

"The Saints are great at throwing the ball and creating running lanes by spreading out defenses. The Panthers aren't great, or even good, on defense and will find themselves lacking when looking at the weapons on the New Orleans sideline."

But he picks the Panther, in an upset, 31-27.

The NFC East title is on the line today, when the New York Giants host the Dallas Cowboys.

And what about the Rams/49ers game? Is there any way that the Rams can pull the upset and give the Saints a late Christmas present?
