Waters to Retire as SBC Commissioner

Wright Waters, who helped to found the Sun Belt Conference football league, has announced his retirement.

Waters became Commissioner of the league in late 1998, saw the fledgling football league from its inception in 2001.

His retirement is effective July 1, 2012.
