Miles Perret Cancer Services is holding their annual Games of Acadiana on Saturday, August 18th at the Cajundome and Convention Center, and they are looking for volunteers for this fun and important annual event. Over 1,200 volunteers are needed to help with everything from set up and check in, implementing the actual games, and also for the triathalon, which takes place on the same day. To sign up, you must be at least 16 years old. The Games are free and open to the public, feature over 60 games and activities, and are held from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.

According to their official website 'Miles Perret Cancer Services is a resource center for individuals and their families fighting, surviving, and living with cancer.
