Craig Victor II got an offensive rebound and a layup with 4.2 seconds remaining to give LSU a 76-74 win over Arkansas Saturday night at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center in Baton Rouge.

Victor's shot came on an airball miss by Antonio Blakeney and he powered the ball off the glass for the game winner.  Arkansas missed a three pointer as time expired.

Victor and Ben SImmons each had a double double for LSU (11-6, 4-1), as Simmons tallied 16 points and 18 rebounds, while Victor had 16 points and 12 rebounds. Josh Gray had 15 points for LSU while Blakeney added 11.

Anthlon Bell led the Razorbacks (9-8, 3-2) with 19 points while Beard and Moses Kingsley added 11 apiece.

The game was tied at 69 when Antonio Blakeney scored on a breakaway layup after a Jaylyn Patterson steal.  He was fouled and missed the free throw, but Ben Simmons got the rebound and a layup.  He was fouled and made the free throw to give the Tigers a 74-69 lead.

Dusty Hannahs hit a three point basket to get the Razorbacks within two with two and a half minutes left and Anton Beard scored on a layup to tie the game with :37 left.  He missed the free throw that would have given Arkansas the lead.  The ball went out of bounds to the Hogs, but Blakeney got a steal to set up the final possession.

Although LSU shot just 17-31 from the free throw line, the ability to get to the charity stripe was the difference as Arkansas made just 7-11 attempts.  THe Razorbacks shot 45.5 percent from the floor while LSU shot 46.6 percent.
