Veal Named LSWA Player of the Week

After a solid week leading her team to a pair of road wins, Louisiana's Keke Veal has been honored by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association as it's Player of the Week.

The Opelousas native averaged 20 points, 6.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and four steals in the two games, shooting 40% from the field in wins over UT Arlington and Texas State.

It's the second time this season Veal has been honored by the LSWA.
