The Vanderbilt Commodores completed an SEC series sweep of LSU on Sunday, by defeating the Tigers, 10-7, in Nashville, Tennessee. Bill Franques, of, has the story, below.

LSU fought back from a six-run deficit against third-ranked Vanderbilt Sunday, reducing the margin to two runs in the seventh inning before the Commodores hung on for a 10-7 victory at Hawkins Field.

Vanderbilt improved to 35-5 overall, 14-4 in the SEC. LSU is 24-17 overall and 4-14 in conference play.

LSU returns to action at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday when the Tigers play host to Nicholls State in Alex Box Stadium.
