TD Ameritrade Park gave up only three home runs during the recently completed College World Series.  A Ragin' Cajun baseball player is hoping he can hit more than that in what is undoubtedly a pitchers' park.

Caleb Adams, who led the Cajuns with 16 home runs in 2013, is among eight players to participate in the TD Ameritrade Home Run Derby to be held next Wednesday in Omaha.

Adams, a second team All-Sun Belt selection and a first team all-Louisiana selection is the first Cajuns player to be selected to participate in the event, now in its fourth season.  His 16 home runs ranked him ninth in the nation.  Adams will be a junior next year.
