UL Women’s Basketball Travels To Troy-Game Preview
Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun women's basketball team hits the road for Sun Belt Conference action on Saturday, as they travel to Troy, Alabama, to take on the Troy Trojans, in a match-up of two teams looking to snap 12-game losing streaks.
Louisiana hasn't won since December 16, when they captured a 72-67 win over Bethune-Cookman.
Troy won their first and only game on December 15, when they defeated Alabama St., 60-53.
The Cajuns are 5-17 overall, and 0-10 in Sun Belt Conference play, while the Trojans stand at 1-20 overall, and 0-10 in league play.
UL is led by senior guard Krystal Motley, who is averaging 13.1 points-per-game, while Troy is paced by senior guard DeAngela Sword, who is scoring 12.2 a contest.
