UL Women’s Basketball Takes On Arkansas St.-Game Preview

Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun women's basketball team will be looking to snap an eight-game losing streak when they travel to Jonesboro, Arkansas, to take on the Arkansas St. Red Wolves, in Sun Belt Conference action, on Saturday.

UL lost their eighth-consecutive game on Wednesday night, when they fell to UALR, 56-45, dropping them to 5-13 overall, and 0-6 in Sun Belt Conference play.

Arkansas St. lost to Middle Tennessee, 71-62, on Saturday, to drop them to 7-12 overall, and 1-5 in league play.

The Cajuns are led by senior guard Krystal Motley, who is averaging 14.1 points-per-game, while sophomore forward Jane Morrill paces the Red Wolves, at 16.7 points a contest.
