Game Day Story Lines

The Ragin' Cajuns (2-3) wrap up their longest road trip of the season on Monday with a visit to former Sun Belt member New Orleans (0-5).

Louisiana snapped a three-game losing skid with a 79-66 defeat of Murray State on Nov. 27 in the consolation game of the Lady Eagle Thanksgiving Classic.

UL dropped the first game in the tournament with a heartbreaking 76-73 lost to Southern Miss in overtime.

Mercedes Johnson was named an All-Tournament selection after totaling 33 points, 19 rebounds, five assists and four steals in two games for the Cajuns.

In the last two games, Louisiana has hit the 70-point plateau.

During the last three games, UL has had at least three starters reach double-figures.

UL has forced 20-plus turnovers in three contests this season.
