Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun women's basketball team returns to the hardwood on Monday evening, playing host to the Jackson St. Lady Tigers, in non-conference action at Earl K. Long Gym.

Louisiana hasn't played since falling to the North Texas Mean Green, 71-59, on Saturday, December 1 in Denton, Texas, dropping the Cajuns to 3-4 overall, and 0-2 in Sun Belt Conference play.

Jackson St. also has been idle since December 1, when they fell to Eastern Kentucky, 64-56, dropping them to 2-5 on the season.

The Cajuns are led by freshman guard Sylvana Okde, who is averaging 13.0 points-per-game, while the Lady Tigers are paced by senior foward Tiffany Kellum, who is averaging 12.6 points a contest.

This will only be the second time that the two school have met on the basketball court, with Jackson St. winning the only previous meeting, 67-51, back in 1991.

Tip-off time is set for 7 o'clock.
