Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun women's basketball team returns to action on Saturday afternoon at Earl K. Long Gym, when they play host to the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders, in the Sun Belt Conference opener for both teams.

Louisiana fell to Nicholls St., 71-62, on Monday, dropping the Cajuns to 2-2 on the year, while Middle Tennessee was last in action on Tuesday night, when they defeated Tennessee Tech, 65-59, in overtime, improving the Blue Raiders to 3-1.

The Cajuns are led by freshman guard Sylvana Okde, who is averaging 14.3 points-per-game, while junior forward Ebony Rowe paces the Blue Raiders, at 19.5 points a contest.

Middle Tennessee has won all 17 meetings between the two schools, including a 104-53 win over the Cajuns last year.

Tip-off time is scheduled for noon at Earl K. Long Gym.
