Louisiana's Ragin Cajun women's basketball team fell at home in Sun Belt Conference action on Saturday, dropping a 77-58 decision to the WKU Lady Toppers, in a match-up played at the Cajundome.

WKU led at the half, 35-23, out-shooting Louisiana, 48%-27%, in the first half, and then went on to the 19-point win.

The Lady Toppers wound up out-shooting the Cajuns from the field 53%-36%, and also finished with a 41-31 rebound advantage.

Alexis Govan led the way for WKU, scoring a game-high 23 points, while Keke Veal paced Louisiana in a losing cause, with 16 points.

With the victory, the Lady Toppers improved to 20-7 overall, and 13-5 in Sun belt Conference play, while the Cajuns fell to 9-18 overall, and 3-15 in league play.
