Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun women's basketball team dropped their fourth-consecutive game on Wednesday, after falling to the WKU Lady Toppers, 49-45, in Sun Belt Conference play, in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

WKU led the game, 27-16, at the half, and extended the lead to 12 points at the 12:00 mark of the second half.

UL then went on a 19-9 run, and cut the Lady Topper lead to 47-45, at the 2:24 mark of the game.

That was as close as the Cajuns would get however, and WKU escaped with the four-point win.

Louisiana was able to out-shoot WKU from the field, 32%-31%, but the Lady Toppers out-rebounded the Cajuns by a 51-32 count.

Keshia Mosley led WKU with 21 points, while Krystal Motley paced the Cajuns in a losing cause with a game-high 24 points.

With the win, WKU improves to 4-10 overall, and 2-1 in Sun Belt Conference play, while UL fell to 5-9, and 0-2, respectively.
