GAME ONE
The Cajuns got their season underway with a match-up against Rhode Island and freshman hurler Christina Hamilton stole the show.  The Cajuns blanked Rhode Island, 14-0, in their first game of the 25th Annual Louisiana Classics but the story was not at the plate, it was the Leesville native in the circle.
Hamilton threw eight pitches, all for strikes, while breezing through the first inning of her collegiate career.
