UL Softball Faces Georgia Southern This Weekend – Preview

The 20th-ranked Louisiana Ragin’ Cajun softball team returns to the diamond this weekend, to face the Georgia Southern Eagles, in a three-game Sun Belt Conference series.

The three-game set will be played in Statesboro, Georgia.

Louisiana is currently 23-5, overall, and 6-0 in league play, while Georgia Southern will enter at 15-16, and 5-4, respectively.

The two teams are scheduled to play a doubleheader on Saturday at noon, followed by a single game on Sunday, also at noon.
