The Louisiana Ragin’ Cajun softball team is down one spot in the latest ESPN.COM/USA Softball Collegiate Top 25 Poll, which was released on Tuesday.

Louisiana, who swept a three-game Sun Belt Conference series last weekend, to improve to 20-5 on the season, dropped one spot, from #19 last week, to #20 this week.

UL returns to action on Saturday, taking on the South Alabama Jaguars in a doubleheader, representing the first two games of a three-game Sun Belt Conference series in Mobile, Alabama.

The Florida Gators are once again the top-ranked team in this week’s poll, followed by the Florida St. Seminoles, Oregon Ducks, Arizona Wildcats, and the Washington Huskies, to round out the top five.

Auburn is number six this week, while Texas A&M, Minnesota, Alabama and James Madison complete the top ten.

LSU, Oklahoma, Utah, Baylor, and Georgia occupy spots 11-15, with UCLA, Kentucky, Michigan, Tennessee, and Louisiana at 16-20.

Finally, at 21-25, Wisconsin, Arkansas, California, Arizona St., and North Carolina are ranked, respectively.
